At Mepco We Use Different Techniques Of Decoration!!

-Silk Screen Printing

This technique is the most popular method of decoration for plastic and glass containers, also the cheapest as long as your art work does not have more than two different paint colors. Silk Screen Printing will give an accurate, harp and detailed reprodution of your art work to your container. Also a multitude of different effects as well as brilliant colors are available with Silk Screen Printing. Our production ranges from prototype to high production rate.

-Pad Printing

Pad Printing is used when the container to be decorated is out of shape or with a rough surface. This system gives you the flexibility to print certain areas who could not be printed by any other system. Instead of using a screen, this time we use a metal plate in which your art work is engraved and with a pad, we transfer the image from the plate to your container.

-Hot Stamping

Hot Stamping is used to provide a more metallic and a shine look to your containers. Also by using this technique, we will give your container a rich appearance. For this technique, foil will be used instead of ink. This time, your art work will be engraved onto a dye, which will be brought to a very high temperature, and when it will make contact with your container, through the foil, it will leave the print of the art work through the burn and onto the container.
